Responsibilities of KYC Analyst -
- Performing KYC due diligence of new and existing clients
- Verifying KYC documentation of the clients to be adopted/ reviewed and validation of the same via internal and publicly available resources as per paid policy and procedures
- Identify potential red flags and risks as part of KYC reviews linked to transaction, geography, entity type, sanctions, products and services
- Ability to conduct thorough and accurate research.
Responsibilities of UK IT Recruiter -
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media and internal database
- Schedule interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit
- Manage end-the-end recruitment process; including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
- Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities of Recruiter -
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For KYC analyst, recruiter posts, the payable salary will be Rs 32,500 and for UK IT Recruiter post, the payable salary will be Rs 34,500 per month approximately.
