- Own customer queries end-to-end
- Help creators adopt and succeed on TagMango
- Turn issues into fast, delightful resolutions
- Keep our global creator base delighted
- Work closely with international customers, helping them unlock the full power of our platform
- Guide them to unlock the full potential of our platform with clarity and patience
- Be the hero customers need, whenever they need you across different time zones
- Build connections that last longer than your favorite Netflix series.
Responsibilities of Customer Success Associate -
- Responsible for sourcing, prospecting and closing the creators who can potentially use TagMango to host their workshop/ courses or sell their NFTs
- Build a strong network within the creator ecosystem to identify the relevant creators and bring them onto the TagMango platform
- Reach out to creators and build a strong pipeline of creators who could join TagMango
- Setup calls and introduce TagMango as the product
Cold call/ email prospective leads - Find out interesting ways to source creator leads and close creators
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with creators.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer success associate and creator acquisition associate posts, the payable salary will be Rs 66,600 per month approximately. Candidates will be also getting Rs 10,000 per month night shift allowance and incentives. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition
