Responsibilities of Enrollment Representative -
- Identify and engage potential learners through various channels. Assess their needs and interests to determine suitability for Coursera's programs
- Provide comprehensive information about course curricula, faculty, career outcomes, pricing, and payment options to prospective students via phone calls, emails and online chats
- Address concerns, highlight program benefits, and guide potential learners to enroll in Coursera's programs, aiming to meet or exceed enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads, track their progress through the sales funnel, and update details in the CRM system
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets related to revenue and student acquisition
- Establish rapport with prospective students, build trust, and provide personalized guidance throughout the enrollment process
- Effectively address common concerns and objections raised by prospective students to facilitate enrollment decisions.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For enrollment representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 48,600 per month approximately. (Note
