Responsibilities for KYC Operations Analyst -
- Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts
- Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and Citi standards
- Update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements
- Follow up with clients to ensure information is received before due dates
- Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of the KYC records and appendix approval process.
Responsibilities for Chat Operations Specialist -
- Utilizes chat platform to respond to service inquiries from customers and provide a comprehensive resolution to the complaints/ queries
- Follow-up on all customer requests via chat and email
- Maintains detailed knowledge of product and service offerings to customers
- Analyzes risk area and identify solutions to meet customers needs
- Ensuring information security for sensitive data
- Helps to teach our customer how to self-service through our internet website
- Balancing NPS and ensuring a positive customer experience while managing operating losses
- Accurate reporting of MIS
- Undertake other assignments/ projects as given by the team lead/ manager
- Liaising with various departments and also do account level system maintenance while resolving customer queries/ complaints.
