Responsibilities of Insurance Advisor -
- Advising to customers for insurance policies
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals and cold calling
- Responsible for advising clients on how to protect against risk
- Contribute to the company's mission of making insurance accessible to all
- Work with clients to assess their financial situation and risk profiles
- Providing exceptional service, assisting clients in choosing the right products and explaining policy terms and conditions
- Use information to arrange suitable insurance policies on behalf of the client
- Providing expert advice to the customers for investment in various insurance schemes.
- Liaise with sales, marketing, risk, product, pricing, and collection for the deviations
- Work proactively on probable escalation/ early warning signal triggers as per defined process
- Ensure real time response on social media platform basis customer sentiments and ensure business reputation is maintained
- Own and track mapping and allocation pending volume
- Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence.
