Responsibilities of Telesales Executive
  • Answering inbound sales calls from customers and effectively communicate pricing, promotions and special offers to drive sales conversions
  • Efficiently navigating our order entry systems as necessary
  • Accurately documenting interaction details
  • Meeting key performance indicators
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
  • Staying educated on corporate initiatives, market changes and process changes
  • Stay up to date with product features, specifications, pricing and any updates or changes.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative - 
  • Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure
  • Ensuring data security
  • Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Email and social media
  • Solving customer queries on chat related to phone bill and network related issues 
  • Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc
  • Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team leader and operations team.
 
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service representative post , the payable salary will be Rs 25,400 and for telesales executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 37,500 per month approximately.
