Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Analyst -
- Manage Google Adwords campaigns to improve return on investment and generate reports
- Develop performance metrics to provide recommendations and continually revise campaign strategy
- Understand data and arrive at decisions based on web analytics data and generate reports
- Integrate SEM campaigns, including both paid search, social media and other paid/ non-paid mediums
- Manage search engine optimization for a few products and generate reports
- Engage in all facets of search engine marketing campaigns including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
- Ideate and create content for blogs, articles, social media copies and other formats on a regular basis
- Stay up to date with content in the market to understand the kind of content being written in digital media across platforms
- Create documents for different markets and domains based on user proficiency.
- Provide voice based support to international/ domestic customers over the phone
- Build a rapport with customers with clear and confident communication
- Focus on customer satisfaction and first time resolution
- Engage with the technical team to provide faster resolutions to technical issues
- Work closely with the technical content team to identify gaps in the help module.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For digital marketing analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month and for content writer, technical support associate posts, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately.
