Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service trainer posts, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 and for cabin crew post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,300 per month approximately. Responsibilities of Customer Service Trainer
  • Conduct customer services training and grooming trainings for all front-line staff
  • Provide effective situational management training for better understanding and maintain a competitive advantage 
  • Conduct grooming and etiquette training for all required staff, inclusive of makeup skills
  • Prepare and update training modules for both grooming and customer service continuously keeping in line with the best-in class industry standards
  • Recommend innovative methods of training, process improvement and cost efficiency without compromising on service standards 
  • Ensure optimum usage of LMS, create video-based training modules for both grooming/ etiquette and customer service
  • Take responsibility and ensuring grooming standards are met for both airport services and inflight services training
  • Conduct BMI Check for staff as required
  • Understand organizational MU/ Grooming norms and ensure 100% adherence for all staff
  • Preparing and updating the grooming manual, MIS and presentations as and when required and maintain records
  • Ensure to stay updated on market trends for makeup styles and products
  • Collaborate with brands to get good deals for our staff.
Responsibilities of Cabin Crew
  • Strictly adhere to and remain conversant & compliant to set standard operating procedures as per the Government, DGCA and in company manuals
  • Maintain current knowledge of rules and regulations and procedures for the operations of the aircraft. Keep abreast with the latest safety & service circulars/ notices/ procedures/ campaigns & promotions
  • Strict adherence to company grooming & turn out standards. Be responsible and present a professional image whilst on duty and on layovers.
  • Responsible for validity of mandatory and regulatory trainings & documents, their timely issue, renewal and extension
  • Take a detailed galley handover and ensure all sales stock, pre-booked meals and other catering uplifts are as per catering documents.
  • Maintain good public relations in the cabin by engaging positively & proactively with the customers (Be the Brand Ambassador)
  • Ensure On-Time Performance is maintained.
  • Responsible to report all issues/ discrepancies/ noncompliance/ cabin & galley defects to the Inflight manager.
  • Make all relevant announcements as defined in the Announcement book (if approved as per announcement ratings)
  • Complete all pre-flight and post flight duties.
