Responsibilities for Operations Associate -
- Responsible for sharing pricing quotes using available resources
- Communicating and giving feedback to other teams; solving order issues and improving Licensing experience within Fresh Prints
- Checking on timelines and licensing-related questions from campus managers
- Order checks/ Data entry for reporting, conducting shopify/ group order checks
- Uploading proofs to licensing portals for single-use licenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Field inbound customer calls, texts and chats daily
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolutions for customer concerns
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, treating every interaction with care and professionalism
- Communicate with clients, answer their questions and resolve issues effectively
- Update customer records with accurate and timely information
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and improve the overall customer experience.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For Operations Associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,650 - 58,900 and for customer experience associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 60,500 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
