Responsibilities for Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
  • Handle inbound/ outbound customer calls regarding product/ service inquiries and issues
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system
  • Adhere to quality standards and call center metrics
  • Provide customer support through voice
  • Resolve issues and miscellaneous queries
  • Handle internet related queries
  • Handle customer service (technical support) for international voice process.
Responsibilities for Customer Support Associate (Chat Process)
  • Addressing the queries and grievances of customers within the stipulated timeline
  • Helping customers to resolve their questions and issues through phone, chat and email
  • Collaborate with the customer, product engineering, product management and senior team members to work the cases to resolution
  • Making a difference with the customers contributing to the smooth operation of their business. 
Responsibilities for Lean Specialist
  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions
  • Troubleshoot, and upgrade existing software systems
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software functionality and reliability
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for software applications
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including setting milestones and deadlines.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer support associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 27,000, for customer support executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 18,000 and for lean specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 43,300 per month approximately.
