Responsibilities for Customer Support Executive -
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Handling customer queries, solving queries of customers
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary
- Build rapport with customers to create a seamless customer experience across all your interactions
- Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures
- Drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives where applicable.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer support executive and chat process posts, the payable salary will be Rs 24,160 per month approximately.
