- Complete ownership of managing HUB admin activities/ operation and admin team
- Defining scope and KRA's of team members
- Communicate and coordinate with immediate management for day to day activities
- Direct reporting to regional admin head
- Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses
- Managing calls and discussions
- Ensuring zero incident on Exam day related to Admin services
- Help in recruitment, training and talent development of team members
- Training and development of admin team within hub
- Help/ support in shortlisting perspective partner/ venue identified based on defined parameters within region
- Maintain and monitor legal compliance's for all venues
- Surprise checks at exam venues
- Handle crisis situation
- Conduct audit of exam venues.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For hub admin manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,800 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
