Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For HR Business Partner (Work From Home/ Office) post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,700 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Responsibilities of HR Business Partner -
- Developing and executing the people strategy in the assigned pillar
- Delivering on HR business partnering
- Promoting Capita's corporate values and behaviors and increase diversity of thought
- Provide a focus on resource plans, leaning and skills development, succession and engagement
- Guiding others in resolving complex issues in specialized area and serves as best practice/ quality resource
- Supporting on disposals with transactions HR SMEs and work on complex issues/ TU management
- Supporting on coordination and reporting duties for the pillar where required.
