Responsibilities for Digital Media Designer/ Video Editor -
Responsibilities for Digital Media Designer/ Video Editor -
- Create eye-catching and relevant designs for online media while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency, develop and maintain style guides
- Work on all aspects of image production, including photo usage, photo style, color accuracy, retouching and the addition of details
- Ensures that all creative and technical work is reviewed for accuracy prior to approval
- Conduct research on the uniform and retail industry and brand leaders
- Monitor, manage and communicate all resource and time requirements
- Execute the assigned special projects in a timely manner.
Responsibilities for Workforce Management Specialist -
- Assist with preparing and maintaining all operations and adherence reports for the department
- Monitor and manage phone/ chat email queues and coverage ad advise staff of necessary changes
- Identifying and partnering with the customer service lead team to implement innovative labor management practices
- Assist with intraday workforce management and daily assignments of breaks/ lunches
- Coordinating transportation with transport vendor
- Assist with coordinating extended shifts and coverage for call outs
- Communicate with contact center staff about schedules and availability.
