Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For Vendor Consultant (Work From Home/ Office) post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,700 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Responsibilities of Vendor Consultant -
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication in English language
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls along with Email support in English language
- Candidates should have fixed line internet and power back to support for the duration of his/her shift time
- Provides prompt and effective service to Amazon selling partner including the appropriate escalation of selling partner issues
- Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed
- Maintains acceptable performance such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution and attendance
- Liaise with other departments such as customer service, merchant investigations or payments teams as required to resolve selling partner issues and questions.
