- Review, finalize and schedule email marketing assets
- Setup and prepare email campaigns for timely launch
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing targets
- Collect, organize and streamline campaign related data
- Setup and test tracking systems for email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with our operations, art, printer, finance, tech and sales teams to ensure we nail every detail of our campaigns
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Manage our product and design galleries to keep them up-to-date and clutter free
- Effectively and proactively execute daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities for HR Intern -
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments and interviews
- Assisting with LinkedIn outreaches and sourcing candidates through various channels
- Coordinating with hiring managers as and when required
- Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
- Any other responsibilities delegated, be a back up for generalist responsibilities.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For Email Marketing Specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 55,000/ (700$) and for HR intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 17,000/ (200$) per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
