- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
- Lead the implementation of new payroll platform
- Manage month end process, including annual and long service leave positions, bonus provision and payroll tax
- Assisting with various variable pay and long term incentive calculations and payments
- Independently monitor and respond to payroll inbox queries
- Assisting finance team to provide insights and commentary for management reporting, cash and capital planning
- Provide ad hoc payroll reporting requested by HR and other internal departments
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to provide information that supports business decision making and ad hoc requests
- Supporting group finance reporting and information requests audits both internal and external.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For C2B calling associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,800 and for Payroll executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 45,700 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
