- The role of process executive is to verify documents, processing bills,
analysis of data, responding to complaints, queries on emails, effectively execute calls of clients,
resolve query/ issues as per deliverables outlined, maintain voice
quality as per standard agreed, handle repetitive calls and strive for
target minimization in order to meet quality standards.

- General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing
