Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For probationary officer post, the payable salary will be Rs 36,000 - 63,840 per month. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the detailed advertisement.

- Probationary Officer (Credit Officer) - {a graduate degree in any discipline}
- Probationary Officer (IT Officer) - {a graduate degree in any discipline and a postgraduate degree in electronics/ electronics and telecommunication/ electronics and communication/ electronics and instrumentation/ computer science/ information technology/ computer applications}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the Bank of India, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in written exam and then personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
Syllabus and Exam Pattern
- The question paper for the following
subjects will be conducted in English only. The preliminary computer-based
exam will consists of following subjects
- Reasoning and Computer Aptitude (45 Questions, 60 Marks)
- General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness (40 Questions, 40 Marks)
- English Language (35 Questions, 40 Marks)
- Data Analysis and Interpretation - (35 Questions, 60 Marks)
- English Descriptive Paper - (2 Questions, 25 Marks).
Work Experience - No further work experience required for these posts. Fresher candidates and candidates with no experience can also apply for this recruitment.
