Responsibilities -
- Administrative duties such as performing correspondence work, preparing reports and letters, maintaining appropriate filing systems and documents
- Making travel arrangement of employees such as booking of flight tickets, hotel bookings, arranging vehicle for local travel etc
- Keeping track and ensuring timely renewal of various annual maintenance contracts of office
- Assisting in HR related activities such as recruitment, maintaining attendance and leave records of employees
- Any other HR/ administration related work assigned from time to time.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For assistant (administration) post, the payable salary will be Rs 37,500 - 50,000 per month. Candidates will be also provided mobile allowance, travel allowance etc. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
