Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For assistant manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 44,500 - 89,150 per month. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the detailed advertisement.

- Assistant Manager - {B.Com/ B.Sc/ B.E/B.Tech/ CFA/ CS/ ICWA/ M.Com/ M.Sc/ MBA/ MCA or a graduate degree in law}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the International Financial Services Centres Authority IFSCA, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in phase 1 written exam, phase 2 written exam and then personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
Syllabus and Exam Pattern
- The question paper for the following
subjects will be conducted in English only. The Phase 1
exam will consists of following subjects

- General Awareness (25 Questions, 25 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude (25 Questions, 25 Marks)
- English Language (25 Questions, 25 Marks)
- Reasoning (25 Questions, 25 Marks)
- General Knowledge, Current events of national and international importance, Economic and social development, Commerce, Accountancy, Management, Finance and Costing, Indian Economy, Global Economy, Five year plan, Central government initiatives, Schemes in the financial sector (50 Questions, 100 Marks).
The total number of questions for computer-based objective type exam
will be 150 and total marks will be also 200. The duration exam of exam
will be of 120
minutes and there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for one wrong
answer. The written exam will be in English and Hindi Language.
Work Experience - No further work experience required for this post. Fresher candidates and candidates with no experience can also apply for this recruitment.
