Responsibilities for International Customer Service Representative (Chat Process) -
- Provide exceptional customer service through chat with a focus on up-selling products or services
- Engage with customers through chat to provide assistance and support
- Up-sell products or services to customers based on their needs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Provide international customer service through voice support
- Offer technical support to customers

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer support executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,000 - 41,600 and for international customer service representative posts, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 - 40,000 per month approximately.
