- Handle all inbound inquiries received and outbound communication is established in the form of chats, emails and forms
- Independently provide accurate information to resolve problems/ issues that arise
- Escalate issues to your team leader, managers and other departments as required
- Adhere to the quality assurance standards set
- Adhere to and comply with the schedule set by the team leader
- Assist in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned/ required by the team leader.
- Responsible for the experience of product functionality and processes
- Provide experience reports from the user's perspective to help the product team improve the user experience
- Assist new users in resolving issues during the on-boarding process.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service agent post, the salary will be Rs 41,600 and for product experience assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately. (Note
