Responsibilities for Service Desk Operator -
- Responsible for executing assigned checklists, special user requests and adhoc/bulk Job processing requests in the shift
- Responsible for timely execution and monitoring of all backups, tracking the same till completion
- Responsible for escalation to Shift in Charge, System
- Supervisors for any discrepancy in the daily executions
- Responsible for timely logging of Snow calls for incidents
- Responsible for adhering to the audit deliverables of DPC
Responsible for reviewing pending incident tickets for timely closure.
- Ensuring program approvals from respective stakeholder are in line
- Coordinating with the vendor for applicant registration process, test scheduling managing result and communication, payment status, interview process and documentation
- Managing the candidate pipeline to ensure targeted batch creation
- End to end internship management and query resolution in collaboration with respective internal as well as external teams.
- Responsible for insurance sales, brokerage, finance-related services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For service desk operator, insurance agent posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,500
and for practice manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,600 per month approximately.
