Responsibilities of Territory Sales Officer -
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving RS system
- Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service
- Negotiate with RS and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business
- Monitor closely the competitive activities and provide feedback to the branch on appropriate action that the company needs to take to counter such activities
- Monitor systematically the performance of the RS sales team and take corrective action
- Within budget limits for brand activities organize promotion activities in consultation with superiors.
- Setup of new VIP users laptops/ smartphone/ tablets
- Resolving any issues for executives that may arise affecting their day to day work
- Providing pre-meeting support and support during offsite or in-house meetings
- Manage the assets assigned to VIPs
- Provide training/ guidance sessions where needed
- Advice on hardware choices
- Occasional travel to support offsite events
- On call weekend support.
