- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries via voice, email and chat as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Identify customer needs and assist them in effectively utilizing specific features.
Responsibilities for GO AI Associate -
- Watch the video of the stowing action at a fulfillment center
- Verify or mark the location of product through a tool while maintaining highest level of accuracy
- Maintaining the fulfillment center's stow quality
- Ability to annotate video based jobs for prolonged time
- Ability to work with remote teams and exceptionally good team player.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For GO AI Associate post, the salary will be Rs 28,300 and for chat process executive post, the salary will be Rs 19,500 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
