- Should be able to work in permanent night shifts or any assigned shifts on a rotational basis
- Able to interact professionally with customers
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For business support analyst and chat process coordinator posts, the payable salary will be Rs 34,300 - 42,100 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
