- Shadow CEO consistently and act as a sounding pad, close action loops and take ops off his plate
- Help manage CEO communication on Slack, Email, LinkedIn and Whats-app business
- Provide articulate feedback on leadership teams ideas/ proposals an help keep them accountable for results
- Access queries/ problems/ ideas/ roadblocks directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the right individual/ team of completion
- Enhance CEO communication in all hands, leadership meetings and quarterly kickoffs
- Identify, investigate and solve cross-department issues

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For operations executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,700 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
