- Provide customer support and resolve customer queries on call
- Build credibility and trust with the customers by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understanding their needs and responding promptly thereby obtaining high quality/ customer satisfaction scores for the work you performed
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Candidate should be flexible to work (US Shift).
- Understanding customer needs, improving customer journeys and ensuring consistent brand experiences
- Support agents provide assistance and respond to customer inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For international voice process post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 - 29,000 and for customer experience agent post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Age - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
