Responsibilities for Operations Program Manager -
- Drive manufacturing operational readiness in the factory leveraging partner resources as well as ongoing efficiency and improvement across factories from ram pp to end of line
- Work with original equipment manufacturers partners to ensure performance goals for quality, turn around time and throughput are met or exceeded from ramp to EOL
- Collaborate with cross functional teams within Google and partners to prepare for production ramp and product transitions
- Lead meetings to communicate plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning
- Adapt plans based on changing customer requirements.
- Develop your knowledge of basic marketing principles, search marketing and utilize the opportunity to develop further skills through research and web analytics
- Train and support alongside a team of Googlers to solve real life problems while developing and learning from leaders
- Learn how to act as an account coordinator and facilitator
- Help execute small to medium scale campaigns, communications and programs to address user needs. Conduct basic user research and analyze the market to develop actionable insights
- Develop communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Learn how to influence stakeholders and leaders.
- Manage the new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long term success with their digital advertising journey
- Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding on-boarding experience
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone, chat and email
- Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For operations program manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 58,300, for digital marketing apprenticeship post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 per month and for customer on-boarding strategist post, the payable salary will be Rs 40,500 approximately.
