Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For associate chat post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,500 - 35,000 per month. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the detailed advertisement.
Responsibilities -
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issue are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
- Respond to customers email/ chat as appropriate
- Record customer queries/ inquires and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Document all chat information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document and alert the management team of trends in customer chat
- Follow up all customer calls/ chat where necessary.
- Associate Chat - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum one year of experience in customer service process/ operations/ chat process}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the Air India, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting, personality assessment test and personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
