  • Assistant Manager (Research) - {a postgraduate degree or a postgraduate diploma in economics/ econometrics/ quantitative economics/ mathematical economics/ integrated economics/ mathematical statistics with minimum 60% of marks}
  • Assistant (Generalist) - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks}.

Selection Method - For recruitment in
Insurance Regularity and Development Authority of India, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in the preliminary exam, descriptive exam and personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests. 
 
Syllabus/ Exam CriteriaThe computer based exam for IRDAI will consist of following subjects -
  • Reasoning (40 Marks, 40 Questions)
  • English Language (40 Marks, 40 Questions)
  • General Awareness (40 Marks, 40 Questions)
  • Quantitative Aptitude (40 Marks, 40 Questions).
The total duration of exam will be 90 minutes. Total number of questions will be 160 and total marks will be also 160. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for one wrong answer. The medium for examination will be Hindi and English.
