- Nurture and manage end to end customer relationship by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by IDFC First Bank
- Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view
- Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores
- Acquire customers through natural market, open market activities, references through internal sources via existing branch and digital networks
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Responsible of developing and contributing towards digital transformation via chat-bot and voice-bot and ensure highest level of customer experience
- Gather requirements, design flows and write final content for voice bots, virtual assistants, chat bots etc
- Research and analyze intents associated customer journeys
- Work directly with cross functional team to build and iterate on the designs
- Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can wrong and how
- Analyze dialogues and user interaction with live bot/ assistants and make recommendations for improving user experience
- Play a vital and creative role in designing conversations and understand the values of human emotions.
