Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For head constable posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,500 - 81,100 per month. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the detailed advertisement.

- Head Constable (Radio Operator/ Radio Mechanic) - {12th pass with physics, chemistry or mathematics subjects with minimum 60% of marks or ITI certificate in radio and television or electronics or data preparation/ computer software or}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the Border Security Force, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in written exam, physical measurement test, dictation test, document verification and medical exam. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.

- Physics (40 Questions, 80 Marks)
