- Answers daily customer correspondence via telephone, Email and Whatsapp from customers

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right resources within the company
- Handle customer complaints and escalations

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 31,600 per month approximately. (Note
