Responsibilities of Payments Support Specialist -
- Processing client requests related to payments (deposits, withdrawals, payment status) escalated by the first line of support
- Checking the status of transactions in the administrative panels and interacting with payment providers
- Initiating manual crediting or rejection of a transaction according to the regulations
- Request and check POP (Proof of Payment) if necessary
- Recording actions in internal systems
- Timely transfer of non-standard cases to senior colleagues from payments preparation of a shift report describing processed requests and identified problems
- Monitoring the status of payment channels, recording failures.
