Responsibilities for Client Relationship Manager -
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries, resolving issues and ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Gather client feedback, document requirements, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Monitor workforce performance at client sites, track attendance, escalate concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
- Support on-boarding, orientation, and documentation processes for employees deployed at client locations
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships, expand services and enhance client engagement
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, adaptability and time management while traveling extensively across regions
- Ensure all travel, visit schedules, and client interactions are planned, documented and executed efficiently
- Handle additional coordination responsibilities as assigned to support business operations.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For client relationship manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,500 per month approximately. (Note
