Responsibilities of Customer Care Executive
-
- Handling the customer as per company policy, training will be provided by the company
- Support the provision of customer service through various communication channels including chat, email and phone
- Support the execution of customer service requirements to resolve more complex customer needs, requests and inquiries
- Assist clients on all inquiries via live chat or email
- Ensure efficient and excellent customer service experience provided
- Possess a strong ability to understand what customers truly need and convert it to constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance team’s performance and work efficiency including overall work process.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer care executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,500 - 34,300 per month approximately.
