Responsibilities of Customer Care Chat Support -
- Manage customer support tickets and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Enter and update customer information, product licenses, warranty support information and annual maintenance records in a document format or in a hosted application
- Logging customer interactions in a recorded format
- Handle and resolve customer complaints (via phone, email, mail) provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up with the engineering team to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Generate customer logins and perform remote training on support web portal
- Following up with team to ensure resolution
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer care chat support post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,300
per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data
