Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative -
- Customer service through calls, chats and emails
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
- Ensure adherence to client service level agreements like customer satisfaction, service level, handle time and customer effort
- Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies
- Execute query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow up
- Identify, share and operate operational improvements
- Maintain internal and client level delivery quality on calls, chats and email conversations.
- Handle direct customer inquiries
- Provides technical support to customers
- Troubleshoots and repair solutions
- Provides quick and accurate handling of support interactions via phone, chat, screen-sharing and email
- Answers technical questions. solve technical problems and suggest appropriate workarounds
- Recommends network hardware, software and design elements
- Adhere to schedules, guidelines and requirements in accordance with the company's set policies and procedures.
- Drive model conversion and modeling new regulatory concepts in the Axis system by providing cover, review and coding development support as required
- Maintain ongoing systems, valuation and business requirements and add value by giving ideas on the future developments of the system
- Oversee the model validation while creating and running new models in AXIS from first principles
- Working towards Axis knowledge training to the team
- Exhibits strong understanding of core business processes and the purpose of the team
- Conduct trainings and review the work of team members to ensure the quality of deliveries within stipulated timeline.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 16,600 - 25,000, for technical chat support post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 and for actuarial manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
