Responsibilities of International Voice, Email, Chat Support
  • Provide email and chat support for consulted tickets or hands-off from other
  • Creating and optimizing multiple Google Ads accounts at scale
  • Address issues or tasks assigned to them through ticketing systems via chat, email or phone.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative - 
  • Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Email and social media
  • Solving customer queries on chat related to phone bill and network related issues
  • Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team leader and operations team.
 
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,400 and for international voice, email and chat support post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,300 per month approximately.
