Responsibilities for Client Success Manager -
- Responsible for the sales of PLM solutions from multiple vendors software and services
- Able to succeed at creating new business utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills and able to network effectively with senior executives
- Responsible for generating revenue through various accounts in various vertical markets using a strategic approach
- Understands and sells technology solutions that solve high level business problems with minimal assistance
- Establishes and maintains customer relationship independently up to senior management level
- Ability to answer high level business and/ or technical questions for clients before and after purchase and aligning tata technologies support staff to demonstrate the software to ensure it fits each client needs.
- Work with customers, stakeholders and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent and the solution intent information models and documentations requirements
- Identifying stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activities
- Work with cross functional key stakeholders to develop project change vision and stakeholder engagement plan
- Conducting business change impact assessment with relevant senior stakeholders and squad members to prepare for deployment
- Work closely with business analysts/ HR teams to review organizational impact on job roles/ organization structure
- Work closely with super user network and trainers to create training needs analysis.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For client success manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 51,500 and for business change coordinator post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately.
