Responsibilities for Officer -
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and informative experience for both candidates and interviewers
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer approval process, addressing candidate questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system and other relevant platforms
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Align with business objectives and interact with BU for payment advise
- Ensure cash application, advance accounting and clearing basis payment advise
- Governance in terms of MIS as per business need and identify areas/ scope for process/ system improvements
- Accountability of invoice generation/ accounting as per set SLA's with all checks and approvals
- Accountability of invoice, credit note, debit note as per set SLA's with all checks and approvals.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For officer post, the payable salary will be Rs 34,160 and for team member post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately. The figures provided here are not fixed and are
