Responsibilities of Relationship Officer -
- Relationship building with existing customer
- Going beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products
- Work for cross buy of financial product from mapped book
- Enhancement of customer value
- Speed and efficiency of service given
- Sales targets of banks and investment products
- Cross-sale of asset products
- Backup to relationship managers holding HNI relationship
- Customer acquisition through referrals.
- Equal blend of service and sales orientation. In absence of equality, prefer sales orientation as a skew.
Responsibilities of Chat Support -
- Handle customer calls and assist them on their queries
- Should maintain a good relationship with the customer
- Give complete and correct information on all the products and services to the customer
- Responsible for quality communication and customer service within laid down productivity and service benchmarks
- Ensure customer delight which would be measure via NPS and consistent service experience
- Adherence to information security norms and quality process norms
- To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process
- Cross-sell other banking products as per business requirement.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For relationship officer (digital sales post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 and for chat process officer post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,700 per month approximately. (Note
