Responsibilities for Assistant Manager
  • Plan, implement and manage a comprehensive advertising and marketing program for the brand X companies resulting in planned ad revenues
  • Developing advertising strategies to increase brand's interest in products or services
  • Measuring the results of advertising campaigns to determine their effectiveness and continuously improve the same
  • Closely work with stakeholders and identify new strategies to maximize brand visibility and build new assets for monetization/ brand growth
  • Sourcing advertisements from brands with detailed monthly/ quarterly plans.
Responsibilities of Content Executive - 
  • Collaborate with the team to develop  content strategies to drive engagement and follower growth
  • Create and deliver compelling, scripted content that aligns with the page's theme and resonates with the target audience
  • Attend food events, tastings and restaurant openings to gather first hand information for posts
  • Write scripts for engaging reels to captivate our audience on social media
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to Instagram page style and guidelines
  • Assist in managing the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
Responsibilities of Junior Content Creator
  • Utilize i-phone to capture high quality video footage of restaurants, brands and related content
  • Develop creative concepts and ideas for video shoots that effectively convey different restaurants and brands
  • Plan and create storyboards to outline the sequence of shots and overall visual narrative of each video project
  • Work closely with the creative team, including editors, anchors and writers to ensure the seamless execution of video projects 
  • Ensure that video content aligns with the branding guidelines and messaging of the featured restaurants and brands
  • Incorporate feedback from the team to refine video content and meet project objectives effectively.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For assistant manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 58,300, for content executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,800 and for junior content creator post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,300 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
