Responsibilities of Insurance Advisor (Life Mitra) -
- Advising to customers for insurance policies
- Responsible for advising clients on how to protect against risk
- Contribute to the company's mission of making insurance accessible to all
- Work with clients to assess their financial situation and risk profiles
- Providing exceptional service, assisting clients in choosing the right products and explaining policy terms and conditions
- Use information to arrange suitable insurance policies on behalf of the client
- Providing expert advice to the customers for investment in various insurance schemes.
- Responsible for promoting SBI Life insurance products, identifying potential customers, providing insurance solutions and building long term relationships
- Responsible for meeting sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Review, execute and decision the allocated cases for video KYC processes
- Ensure complete adherence to the regulations/ policy defined for video KYC process as well as KYC documents
- Ensure accurate updation of the decisioning files/ system for the final decisions on the cases
- Ensure prioritization and closure of urgent customer/ internal stakeholders emails as well as referrals
- Review the process and proactively identify the gaps and highlight the same for changes
- Maintain/ track process specific responsibilities assigned for any new changes in policies/ processes.
