Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For business analyst (work from home/office) post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600, for IT help-desk (Voice Support) post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,000 and for team leader (operations) post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately. Responsibilities of Team Leader
  • Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a group of PSC representatives and specialists including performance and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
  • Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly
  • Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
  • Ensure service delivered to our SOP meets 
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated employee calls and escalated cases
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information
  • Should be able to perform the designated activities with high degree of ownership to support business and employees
Responsibilities for IT Helpdesk (Voice Support)
  • Assist all users with any logged IT related incident when called upon
  • Accurately record, timely update and document tickets with relevant and detailed information
  • Maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and appropriately
  • Combine technical expertise with customer service to work towards a resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality support to end-user.
Responsibilities of Business Analysts - 
  • Lead and manage the project, including billing specialists and collectors
  • Conduct regular meetings, provide training and support
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Monitor and improve the efficiency of billing and collection processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve patient satisfaction
  • Work with technical team to translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Prioritizes requirements, schedules task and communicate progress.
