Responsibilities of Quality Assurance Analyst (Work From Home) -
- The candidate is responsible to identify bugs/issues on OVH website through
- Screening of flow on different domains of OVH regularly
- Watching customer journey video on lucky orange
- Screening of content on website - images, load speed, translations etc. and reporting this to respective teams
- Coordinating with different teams to get the issues resolved
- Regularly evaluating conversion reports to identify drops which are happening.
