Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative -
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual key performance indicator.
- Clarify customer requirements
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
- Greet customers in courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Offer additional products or services
- Track document and retrieve information in call tracking database
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff.
Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Associate -
- Ensuring the monthly revenue accruals get processed timely and accurately by the cut off through the system or manually (if needed) and generating/ dispatching of sales invoices in a timely manner
- Ensuring the invoices are correct and meet the requirements prior to dispatching
- Uploading of the final invoices on various third party payment portals as needed
- Reviewing and ensuring the billed/ unbilled aging is clean and making any corrections to clear unwanted items per the process
- Assisting in various Audits with pulling and providing the data/ backups requested
- Providing various stake holders with necessary information and help in answering revenue related queries
- Assisting in AR Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts for review
- Maintaining effective SOPs for the projects handled.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For Customer Service Representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,500 and for accounts associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 37,300 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition
Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are
