Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For HR operations intern

Responsibilities of HR Operations Intern -
- Manage the end-to-end on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience
- Maintain and update on-boarding trackers with accurate and timely information
- Coordinate with hiring managers, HR team, and candidates to schedule and conduct induction sessions
- Collect, verify and organize on-boarding documents
- Upload documents to shared folders and conduct periodic internal audits for compliance
- Prepare on-boarding kits, offer letters, and HR letters as per standard formats
- Initiate guest pass requests and ensure access readiness for new joiners
- Send welcome emails and confirm joining details with candidates
- Address and resolve employee queries related to on-boarding and HR policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve on-boarding processes.
